Hand tracking camera not connecting in Windows 11

If you are having trouble getting your Ultraleap Hand Tracking Canera to work in Windows 11 it could be because the Hand Tracking Software is being blocked from accessing the camera. Try checking some settings.

Some Webcams have a setting called “Prioritize external webcam”. If you are experiencing issues, check this setting and disable it to allow the hand tracking software to connect to the camera.Windows 11 also contains some Camera Privacy settings that can block the software from accessing the camera.

If access is disabled then your camera will not work! Please check the settings in the screenshot below to ensure these are enabled if you are experiencing setup issues:
